Do you work for a star company?

I’m on a quest to find companies that are extraordinary, companies that not only achieve financial growth results but more importantly contribute positively to society as a whole. I’m intrigued at how many companies have fallen off the rail – how the mighty have fallen – in the past few years it has become apparent that a number of very talented people have been behaving badly. Talent has become arrogant! After a decade during which the war for talent has been waged, companies have convinced themselves that they need the best of the best and that they need to be rewarding talented individual excessively. This piece of research which is forming the basis of a new book is not about talented people but rather about how by creating talented structures, organisational design, cultures, systems and corporate DNA you can create star companies.

If you would like to contribute or participate in my research I’d love to hear from you. Please contact me by email or by phone +44 7525 160 964
